“...For My House shall be called a house of prayer for all nations.
-Isaiah 56:7 (NKJV)

God has sovereignly chosen to include man in everything that happens on earth. He waits to be asked or invited into a situation. So, prayer has always been a vital part of NOW Church. For the first 12 years, we had prayer meetings every Friday night. It is in our very foundation of ministry.

We have seen prayer

We have seen prayer

We know there is power when we pray in agreement with other believers. The first Wednesday night of each month we set aside for church wide prayer. There are also special times of focused prayer like in January as we start each new year. We believe it’s our privilege, not a duty. We get to pray! Not we have to pray! We include and encourage everyone of every age & background to be in the atmosphere of faith & God’s presence. Those just beginning their journey in following Christ to those who’ve walked with Him a long time. Prayer changes situations and prayer changes you.

It’s important to remember, there’s nothing too small or too insignificant to pray about. Just as there is nothing too hard for God to handle.

Let us pray for you!

Below is our Prayer Wall, click on "Share Your Prayer Request" to get started. You can choose to share on the prayer wall or just send privately to our prayer team who keeps everything confidential.

Deidre Parchment

Please pray for my uncle Darryl who lives in CA. He was rushed to the hospital with restricted breathing. It's a possible heart attack but unsure as of yet. He had to be sedated due to pain and will not wake up from the sedation. Doctors are still running test. Please pray that they can get him to wake up. Because of the hospitals covid-19 restrictions, no one is able to be with him (including my aunt). Thank you for your prayers.
