Lord God almighty we appeal to You! Jesus, our savior and God our father, we come before your throne of mercy and grace with boldness, as your blood bought redeemed children. We find ourselves in such time as we have never seen or experienced before in our lifetime. A pandemic, taking lives around the world that has caused tremendous fear and panic! So, let this prayer circle have a rippling effect beginning here with myself, my family, church family, friends community, state, nation and to the nations of the earth!
God, your nature is to love and not to kill people, but to save them. It’s the devil that steals, kills and destroys! But Jesus, you came to redeem us with your precious blood, to give us eternal and abundant life! Your word tells us in Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and nor for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” We also know you have not given us a spirit of fear, but the Holy Spirit who gives us mighty power, love and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7
We thank you for promising to be our refuge, our strength and shield of protection surrounding us. And according to Psalm 91, we who dwell in your secret place are protected. Jesus, thank you for your blood covering and the weapons of warfare you have given us, as well as the victory you have already won for us! Now we ask that you would stretch out your mighty arm to stop the spreading of this terrible virus and eradicate it! And bring healing to the afflicted.
